Data is obtained from the user, public registers, reliable company databases and automatically when the website is operated and secured.

• public profile – performance of the contract and user request,
• security and legal claims – legitimate interests,
• legal compliance – legal obligation,

Once approved, company name, Company ID, location, public contact, service description, photographs, logo and references may be displayed. Internal contacts and login e-mail are not normally made public.

Data may be processed by authorised administrators, IT, e-mail, security and support providers, professional advisers and public authorities. Public profile data is available to visitors.

Transfers outside the EEA will take place only with an appropriate GDPR transfer mechanism.
